工作职责：
job responsibility:
1. ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产***实践和标准的适应情况

2.assists in establishment of plant process flow guidelines, assesses processes for their relevance, and assesses the adequacy of engineering equipment
协助制定工厂工艺流程，指导并评估流程的适当性以及工程设备的准确度

3.reviews equipment process parameters to ensure all meet best in class requirements referencing bbp
检查设备流程的各项因素，以确保一切符合最高要求

4.ensures that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations related to equipment usage
确保一项运作或流程的所有方面都符合相关的规定

5.ensures the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs
确保按照最适宜的水平、正确的速度和产出质量运作流程，以满足供应需求

6.assumes responsibility for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and process plant
承担监控环境、流程当前情况及工厂的责任

7.makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution
进行观察并直接采取措施，从其他相关的技术和操作人员处收集并解读数据

8.plans and conducts technical trials, prepares reports, flow diagrams and charts
计划和开展技术试验，准备报告、流程图和图表

9.monitors modifications and upgrades, and trouble shootings existing processes
监控修改和更新，解决现有流程中的问题

10.activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高制造工程的工艺流程的竞争力和客户满意度

任职要求
competency requirements

1.bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering， chemistry preferred.
本科或以上学历，工程,机械，化工专业优先。

2.mechanical engineering background, 3-5 years of working experience in auto manufacture domain.
机械工程背景，在汽车制造 领域有3-5年的工作经验。

3.knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus.
