Purpose of the Role:
Deliver marketing campaigns using an appropriate mix of tactics, that are in line with both the marketing strategy and the operational plans of the business.

Duties:
Plan and execute marketing campaign activity including:
Events
Sponsorships
Campaign planning
Preparing marketing briefs
Liaising with marketing agencies on the execution of campaign activity
Copywriting and design
Market research
Preparation of collateral
Database use and maintenance
Liaison and coordination with external parties including service providers, industry bodies and affiliate organisations
Routine administration, eg marketing information distribution
Liaise with technical staff
Social media monitoring and discussion setting
Paid search campaigns
Website content management
Development of email marketing campaigns
Management of marketing automation campaigns
Measure campaign results and effectiveness and report back to the business.
Comply with quality managements processes and procedures
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to: Global Brand and Content Managers, Segment Marketing Managers, External agencies and Commercial Team Members
Ensure that your activities of the marketing team comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and obligations, ethical standards and company values
Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Communications or Marketing;
Work Experience Required:
2+ years in B2B marketing
Excellent writing and editing skills
Attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Experience with Exact Target and Salesforce
Experience with a Marketing Automation Platform
Experience in managing Baidu and WeChat campaigns
Experience across a wide variety of marketing tactics (including BTL, digital, social media).
Good communication and creative skills
Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders
Experience delivering direct marketing campaign activity using a variety of digital channels
Experience in a direct marketing organisation or agency where you have had exposure to working with data for analytical and targeting purposes.
