Job Responsibilities:
Manages laboratory operations in the testings of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products throughout the value chain.
Oversees the development of quality standards and protocols for quality assurance testing models.
Assists in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and conformance of products and/or equipment.
Ensures assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
A key member of product quality improvement and new product development project teams.
Lead and develop the quality engineering team to their utmost potential.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with elevator codes, standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field of testing.
Ability to work on a variety of complex tasks.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Good teamwork and leadership skills desired.
Fluent in English.
