OG-MC Measurement & Control

Essential Responsibilities

- Responsible for control system HMI software architecture design and development
- 从事控制系统HMI软件架构设计研发
- Lead the HMI software R&D team to participate in all stages of development from brainstorms, through feature development, detail design and all the way to fix the bugs under a tight release deadline.
- 领导整个HMI软件团队按计划进度参与研发各阶段工作, 包括头脑风暴, 初步设计, 详细设计和测试等工作.
- Produce clear designs, excellent implementation and high quality code in accordance to the design specifications.
- 研发中按照设计规范需要编写详细的设计文档, 卓越的执行和高质量的代码.
- Compile the testing plan according to the design input document and control software safety standard, verify the software product and complete the testing report to make control software with few bugs and more robust.
- 按照设计输入和控制软件安全标准需要编写详细的设计测试计划, 对所编软件产品进行验证和编写测试文档. 尽量减少软件缺陷, 使控制软件产品安全强壮.
- Deliver the easy-to-read manual, archive all the designed software and documents according to the design workflow without any delay.
- 按照设计流程, 按时完成用户手册, 归档所有设计的软件和文档资料.
- Connect with global GE resources, interface and leverage best practices from global team.
- 与GE海外团队经行交流和合作, 相互分享知识和经验.
- Be patient to answer customer’s question, take the necessary field service for solving technical issues to guarantee the project successful and make no complaint from customer.
- 耐心回答客户问题, 参加解决技术问题的现场服务以保证项目顺利进行和无客户抱怨

Qualifications/Requirements

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 具有计算机软件或相近专业学士以上学历
- Good command of speaking and writing English
- 具有熟练的英语读写能力
- Be skilled at communication ability
- 具有很好的沟通能力
- Above 5 years experience of software development.
- 具有5年以上的软件研发经验
- Be skilled at C++/C#/MFC/OCX is required
- 具有熟练的C++/C#/MFC/OCX的编程经验
- Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
- 具有很强的责任感及高工作压力下的适应能力

Desired Characteristics

- Person with the experience of DCS and SCADA software will be preferable.
- 具有DCS和SCADA软件设计经验者优先
