Role Summary/Purpose

The Radiography Service Engineer will provide professional service to our customers for GE Inspection Technologies X-Ray products independently while taking account of customers’ satisfaction

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair for Radiography products on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to SSA.
• Perform In-House repair/calibration of X-Ray product and spare parts.
• Conduct customer training on operation, maintenance and application.
• Maintain Installed Base, sell and manage SSA and spare parts.
• Respond to customer request in a prompt manner.
• Support sales team to meet customer service requirements.
• Cooperate closely with internal support team to achieve smooth service delivery.
• Complete other jobs assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering & Automation or Electronic related.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Service, Production, Technical Support of X-ray products.
• Good skill in communication, team work preferred.
• Common oral English communication ability, good English reading ability to read and write relevant report.
• Frequent business travels are needed.
• SemiCon or NDT, Medical X-Ray experience preferred..
