HQ of MC China is located in 160 Wenjing Road, Minhang District of Shanghai.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsibility of developing new CS (Control solution) customer relationship, work with team to achieve OP (operating Plan) which was assigned.
- Conduct and lead CS(Xinhua &Mark Vie &Excitation) on new sales opportunities.
- Focus on the Coal power, Gas Power industry
- Exploring and creating sales opportunities where CS in profitable growth on power and Non power industry
- Positioning MC of GE Oil&Gas as the customer’s best resource for automation & control solution, machinery protection and information management
- Developing and working with channel relationships using a Win/Win approach in managing the sales territory
- Engagement with CS OTR team to ensure flawless execution of projects
- Responsible for projects with defined scope, personal involvement in closing large projects
- Fully utilize MC and beyond internal resources to drive CS business growth and customer relationship promotion thru Enterprise-Selling solutions, and achieve cross segment synergy growth
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years working experience in coal power plant or/and automation & control system for power plant application
- Strong knowledge of the coal power plant and gas turbine plant, including equipment
process knowledge
- Detailed knowledge and technical sales experience for coal power plant customers
- Good MC control solution knowledge including Xinhua DCS/DEH,
Bently Nevada, Mark Vie, and Excitation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset
- Proactive work style with strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization
- Willing to travel frequently on short notice
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Spoken & Written)
Desired Characteristics
- MBA/master’s degree or equivalent experience
- With sales experience or engineer experience in DCS/DEH/TSI
