This position has program management responsibility for CP/S Deployment Projects in APAC. The projects will run in parallel and account for $1.5+ billion of revenue and 3,000+ business users moving to the CP/S SAP solution per annum.
This position will be a critical partner on the CP/S team providing thought leadership, and dedicated to change management strategies and plans to ensure successful business change management plan.

At any one time, the CP/S Program Director will be coordinating ACS & SBU based projects that consist of 400+ people across multiple cultures and geographic boundaries in the APAC region.
This position will directly partner with SBU CPS Deployment Leaders, the ACS SAP Center of Expertise, the ACS Functional teams and senior business leadership at the SBU and ACS level.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of multiple CP/S deployment programs working in partnership with ACS & SBU leadership, CP/S Deployment Leaders and SBU teams in the APAC region.
Ensure the achievement of an ACS common process and common system solution.
Support the SBU teams (across SBU for ACS initiatives) in the identification of measureable CP/S business benefits, and implement where appropriate.
Manage, together with other regional CP/S Program Directors, the overall CP/S Master Deployment Schedule for ACS.
Establish the organizations for new deployment projects and the creation of an effective governance process.
Ensure that CP/S best practice implementation methodology is utilized.
Manage the programs “Phase 0” objectives as well as full scale deployment (Phase 1 to Phase 4).
Ensure that each CP/S deployment project has an effective resource plan that meets the resource capability and budget requirements for a successful implementation.
Oversee and drive execution of assigned CP/S deployment activities, from kick off to post-go-live and project closure. Manage the phase gate process.
Assist in providing overall priorities and programmatic leadership guidance to team.
Identify issues / challenges in the implementation and provide thoughtful solutions for the project team, coordinate and resolve.
Manage overall delivery of the cutover plan for ACS, where there are linked go lives / multiple go lives.
Responsible for ensuring SBU teams meet phase gate entry and exit criteria on behalf of the PMO.
Responsible for delivery of the variable cost targets associated with the deployment projects
Partner with SBU's to identify and implement CP/S improvement opportunities in deployed sites.
Coordinate and resolve CP/S deployment project status and issues where necessary.
Ensure an effective change management process in assigned ACS CPS deployment projects working in partnership with the ACS (or SBU assigned) Change, Engagement and Learning Leader
Manage the talent pipeline for CP/S Deployment Leaders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
10+ years’ Senior Program Management / PMO experience or equivalent in key leadership positions
The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in major change program management and knowledge of large system/ business culture change.
5 or more years of senior management experience.
Responsibilities require 50% travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Senior management experience and a respected, credible leader.
Strong project management capability
Experience of managing multiple, diverse and complex business process, systems and people change programs.
In depth understanding with process improvement track record of best-in-class business processes and operating models.
Consistent and effective use of change management framework
Analytical; able to take raw data understand it, draw good conclusions, articulate them into meaning
Possesses leadership impact
Experience working with remote teams globally and highly team-oriented.
Influencing, excellent partnering skill, stakeholder management

PMP or equivalent project management qualification required
Six Sigma green-belt a must, black-belt desired.
