Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）

• Support event operation manager to provide event procedure clearing & execution support for event owners, based on plan & requirements, deliver execution excellence.
• Ensure the abiding of company policy and SOP to address high standard of compliance code.

Responsibilities 主要职责

• Working with vendors to arrange logistics for national events, including hotel, flight, transportation, and labor.
• Provide on-site support to national and regional events, including monitoring vendors in venue setup, attendee pickup, reception, room assignment, sign-up, dining, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth event operations.
• Facilitate operation manager to optimize process and provide constructive improving measure via regular review process/meeting, demonstrate ability to employ tools for excellence in event management.
• To comply with laws, regulations, company policy and SOP at all times, bear zero tolerance to non-compliance incident, and achieve high level of standard in regular auditing for the managed projects/events.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

• With 3+ years of significant experience working in a multinational group combined with an experience in event management/public affairs/trade associations.
• College graduate or above.

• Result-oriented working style; Making and driving things happen to acquire setting goals.
• Good communication skills to handle different stakeholders to get satisfaction win-win results

• Familiar with SOP & Policy, able to monitor vendors to follow the process.
• Cross-functional communicating and influencing in order to understand the various business interests and present company positions to different stakeholders

• 25% - 50%
