Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Honeywell connected home service hotline daily operation.
2. Responsible for call center training.
3. Achieve call center KPI
4. Make and implement customer care management standard, work flow and mechanism to improve customer satisfaction and maintain relationship
5. Solve serious customer complains
6. Other responsibilities as required.
Requirement
Knowledge & Skill
1. College degree or above.
2.3+ years in customer relationship management, customer complains process or call center management experience. Air purifier or water purifier industry or E-commerce service experience is preferred.
3. Good cross function communication skills and customer service sense.
4. Team work and able to travel domestically.
Tools and Equipment Used
1. Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
2. Good English both on verbal and written.

2. 服务热线客服人员服务技能培训
3. 保证服务热线各项KPI的达成
4. 制定、推进客户服务管理标准、业务流程、规章制度，提升顾客满意度，维护良好顾客关系
5. 负责处理解决疑难客户投诉
6. 其它要求的工作

2.3年以上售后服务行业顾客关系管理、客服投诉处理或者电话中心管理经验，具空气净化器、净水器行业从业经验或电商渠道客户服务经验者更佳
3.良好的跨部门沟通能力、顾客服务意识
4.团队工作意识，能承受能国内出差
