Description ：
Perform evaluation and competitive analysis of video surveillance products including IP camera, digital video recorder, etc;
Evaluate user experience, test functions and performance of video products for Global and China video security market, and help developer find root cause ofdefects and give solution;
Coordinate internal and external resources for video surveillance product development projects, and plan project schedule to meet project goals.
Install and operate interworking video security products for system test and maintain test platform;
Review and optimize report design, and improve product analysis process.

对视频监控产品（网络摄像机、数字硬盘录像机等）进行评估和竞争分析；新产品用户体验评估、功能和性能测试以适应全球视频安防市场，并协助开发人员定位缺陷，并能给出解决方案
协调视频监控产品开发项目的内外部资源，制定可行的项目计划来满足项目的目标。
安装和操作用于系统测试的相关视频产品，维护测试平台；
检查并优化报告文档设计，改进产品分析流程

Qualifications：
BSEE or MSEE; Minimum 3 years working experience for Bachelor degree;
Excellent communication skill in Engilish;
Minimum 1 year working experience in video surveillance domain: product development, field application or marketing;
Knowledge in camera technology (CCD/CMOS, AE, AWB, AF, BLC, WDR, etc.), television theory, video quality evaluation, TCP/IP communication or audio/video coding algorithms (H.264, MPEG-4, etc.);
Experience in user experience / usability study is preferred; Knowledge and experience in software test plan and test case design is a plus;
Familiar with Linux shell (csh/bash) or programming languages (C, C++, VB) is a plus.

本科或硕士学历; 本科至少3年工作经验；
优秀的英语书写和口语沟通能力
最少1 年视频监控领域产品开发、现场应用支持或市场推广相关工作经验
熟悉摄像机技术（CCD/CMOS, AE, AWB, AF, BLC, WDR等），电视原理，视频质量
评估者优先，具有TCP/IP 通信，或音视频编解码算法（H.264，MPEG-4）的基础知识
