职位描述
Job Description:
Recruitment and selection:
1.Communicate with different department and project teams to understand the recruiting demand;
2.To be responsible of whole Recruiting Activities;
3.To monitor the effective and efficiency of the recruiting channels;
4.To handle the staffing process and achieve recruitment objectives effectively;
5.To support HR Manager to conduct various recruiting activities such as Job fairs, campus tours and onsite interview etc.
6.To optimize JD by coordinating with business units managers to ensure exact position information;
7.Optimize recruiting process and policy to reach the best practice and achieve the better effectiveness recruiting.
Training & Development:
1.Responsible for the training of the work of the organization and coordination;
2.Responsible for training courseware development and improvement;
3.Responsible for the development and management of curriculum;
4.To be responsible for the business skills and other management courses training implementation;
5.Responsible for training effect evaluation and feedback, continuous improvement and improve employee job skill and ability;
6.An internal training division development and training;
7.The building of enterprise culture and staff working status investigation and employee motivation to improve.
Qualification:
1.Experience in Multinational companies;
2.4-6 years company HR experience;
3.Change management experience;
4.Experience in organizational development and cultural changes;
5.Strong recruitment background (white and blue colors as well);
6.Fluent English.
