Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Co-work with SEM and supplier, leading to solve components quality issue. Guide supplier dig out root cause and conduct corrective actions to make issue will not happen again;

+ Support on TTM process, leading key components qualification and SI rate.

+ Help supplier to clearly understand requirements and lead measurement alignment between company and supplier;

+ Check and qualify control plan and inspection plan of supplier. Monitor key components qualify run at rate on supplier side;

+ Leading supplier quality improvement project and guide project keep on the right way to delivery positive out put and get target;

+ Lead and dedicate CIP;

+ Conduct routine supplier audits and workshops with existing suppliers to detect improvement potentials and support them to make improvements;

+ Incoming inspection plan set up, implement and optimize;

+ Work according to company philosophy – Team Work, Dedication, Self responsibility, Continuous Improvement, etc.

+ Work on any other duties and projects assigned by team leader.

Requirements:

+ University graduate in (Mechanical or Electrical is preferred) engineering or equivalent

+ Min. 5 years of experience in quality roles in an industrial environment

+ Experience in quality process audit is a basic prerequisite and preferably has auditor license

+ Experience in inspection and measuring area and preferably w/ 3D machine, projector operation experience

+ Familiar with quality & environmental standard and quality analysis tools, such as SPC, FMEA etc.

+ Proficiency in English and Mandarin

+ Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows Applications
