The client is a leading European Manufacturing company with over 100 years experience, currently they are looking for a HR Manager to cover their China business in Shanghai..

Job Location:

Shanghai, China

Salary:

Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:

As soon as possible

Reporting to:

Regional HR Manager – AP

Travelling:

Limited

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development

+ Responsible for the HR daily operation

+ Building and enhance company culture and value system in accordance with the corporate requirements

+ Provide professional human resource services to management team and business line

+ Create and implement solutions that align employees with company long term strategy and vision, by facilitating strategic priority discussions, goal alignment and goal deployment sessions across the different organizations

+ Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives

+ Driving the Talent Management Process

Requirements:

+ University degree or above

+ Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years in a management or individual contributor role supporting client groups in a line or corporate support organization or equivalent

+ Fast ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment

+ Self-motivated and self-directed, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people

+ Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problem and has good ability to multitask and meet deadlines

+ Strong influencing skills with ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment
