Responsibilities:
+ 1. Participate in project implementations, new product introductions (TTM), re-sourcing projects, etc. and take necessary steps to ensure proper planning, procurement and management of product. Review and clarify accuracy of specifications in HSA coming from either the BA’s, BU‘s, plants or Corporate Sourcing
+ 2. Review supplier base according to project specifications and undertake various activities to develop and recommend a short list of suppliers for regular review with the superior, (e.g. conduct market surveys/benchmark reviews, contact suppliers to determine capability/capacity to meet new requirements, liaise with industry contacts)
+ 3. Conduct a comprehensive technical review (from raw materials to finished products) of potential supplier’s total and ongoing capability to deliver products according to the specifications in a timely manner
+ 4. Develop report on potential supplier strengths weaknesses, recommended actions for the supplier and Hilti to be reviewed periodically together with the superior
+ 5. Approve release of suppliers and undertake supplier contract administrative activities. Survey and monitor developments in raw materials market and new technologies
+ 6. Support to develop a MG strategy for products covered to achieve target
+ 7. Undertake ongoing activities to ensure fulfilment (e.g., collect and review data on suppliers, analyze and monitor variances, review supplier progress against project milestones, undertake preventive problem-solving measures, etc.)
+ 8. Achieve company targets of cost reduction, OTD, PPM and improve the Company profitability via negotiations, value analysis activities and working with other entities
+ 9. Ensure thei business to avoid corruption
Requirements:
+ 1. University graduate with 5~8 years of experience in sourcing and supplier management in an industrial environment
+ 2. Be familiar with Fine Blanking,Gear and Powder Metal technology
+ 3. Fluency in English communication
+ 4. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
