Client:

The client is a leading female fashion brand with revenue over RMB 1 Billion in China Market. They are looking for an excellent Finance Leader to enhance their finance performance and also to support business growth.

Shanghai, China

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee finance controller/finance managers on internal policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and foreign exchange policies.
2. Responsible for annual financial reports to BOD and annual audit report.
3. Work closely with Business Development and Project Development on risk assessment and finance modelling of new projects.
4. Be confident and effective reporting both locally and regionally at all levels through to senior management.
5. Build healthy relationships with banks, tax bureaus in cities.
6. Responsible for financial reporting and disclosure to supervisory authorities and external institutions.

Requirements:

1. Finance related bachelor degrees, CPA holder is an advantage. Experienced in working with PWC、DTT、KPMG、EY is preferred.

2 More than 10 years of financing experience in global enterprises.

3. Retail Industry experience is a must

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

5. Good interpersonal skills and knowledge in Finance & Accounting

6. Significant financial services sector experience

7. French speaking is a plus

8. Experienced in working with investors, banks as well as internal senior management

9. Strong Leadership and communication skills
