ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain a state of the art store operation procedures so that all stores within our network can run smoothly, efficiently and ensures that these procedures provides good customer service and are followed consistently within the network.
+ Maximize store revenue and operating results in retail.
+ Ensure smooth and efficient product flow to retail to help company achieve stock budget. Attract, create and maintain loyal customers at every opportunity.
+ Achieve excellence in retail operations effectiveness and efficiency.
+ Continuously raise the standard of in store personnel, increasing sales effectiveness and the customer experience.
+ Support to ensuring position as The Employer of Choice and The Retail Tenant of choice
+ Develop, implement, and provide maintenance to plans/procedures.
+ To increase efficiency of store operations, communication, and provide support in managing day to day owned store operations.
+ To execute the standards to all Retail Stores and to reinforce high standards of ethics and accountability
+ Identify operational inefficiencies and identify alternative solutions to maximize productivity
+ Develop, implement and maintain Policies and Procedures and Store operations
+ Develop, implement and maintain store audit process and report
Requirements:
+ At least 8 years retail experience in store management or operations, especially in men shoes merchandising.
+ Thorough understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, business planning, retail systems and expense management
+ Demonstrated experience in project management
+ Good command of written and spoken English
+ Proactive and resourceful in resolving problems
+ Planning and organizing, ability to prioritize
+ Accuracy and attention to detail
+ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a wide range of stakeholders
+ Strong people management skills including, coaching, performance management, development & recruitment
+ Able to role model the company Mindset: Customer Orientated, Accountable, High standards, Pragmatic, Collaborative, Enthusiastic, Open
