ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Solid commitment to employee service.
+ Implement and drive company culture and value throughout the organization
+ Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
+ Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
+ Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
+ Ability to convey difficult and challenging information to managers.
+ Daily hands on HR operation, recruitment, salary, training
+ HR budget and strategy preparation
Requirements:
+ At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR Managment.
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
+ Professional Competence
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
+ Great communication skills. Understand how to communicate large complex change. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussions.
+ Great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
+ Thrives in ambiguity and tremendous amounts of autonomy.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
+ The ability to lead, inspire and motivate others
+ Strong team and networking skills
+ Good communications skills
