Responsibilities:
+ Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the operation of the QA team to ensure the product quality meet company policy and customers/procedures requirements.
+ To establish, implement and improve quality management system.
+ Customer complaint handling, communicating with customers and quality control on quality and related issues.
+ Determine the quality policy and objectives. Setting quality standards and related quality system documentation and control of implementation.
+ Organize internal quality audit.
+ Establish and optimize the inspection standard of incoming, process control and finished goods and monitor the performance of suppliers.
+ Essential and basic skill training for quality department and enhance the quality concept of employees in all organization.
+ Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or mechanical engineering or related
+ Certificate for internal Audit most strongly preferred
+ At least 5 years in a management position in quality in an international mechanical company.
+ Proven track record of understanding and best setting up of internal quality systems. Able to draft and implement and manage a quality management system.
+ Experience with process audit, process inspection.
+ Relevant quality experience and technical knowledge
+ Genset experience, range from 5-30 kva .
+ Strong ISO knowledge
+ Strong electrical skills
+ Familiar with ERP (MS Navision is preferred)
+ Native chines e speaker
+ Good working knowledge level in English, written and spoken (7/10 points)
+ detailed focused and sees the big picture at the same time
+ lives and breathes quality
+ aggressive and can push for quality matters against other departments’interests
+ Able to work under pressure and deadlines
+ Willing to work in Malu town, Jiading, Shanghai
+ Willing to devise and build up, implement, manage a whole QA management system
+ Willing to work in an international team
