ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

An international French sanitary equipment company
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China
Reporting to:
Merchandising Supervisor
Team size:
3
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Issue local purchase (PO) and sales (SO) orders to suppliers and customers
+ Follow-up and arrange on-time delivery
+ Import and export Business document preparation
+ Import and export : contact with forwarder / shipment agent
+ Perform inputs PO/SO and inventory IN/OUT on ERP system
+ Match goods received with PO and supplier invoice
+ Pro-actively follow-up on tasks assigned by the Administration and Accounting Manager
Requirements:
+ University degree in business management, logistics or other related majors
+ More than 2 Years experience in logistics, merchandising, import and export
+ Experience with forwarding and logistics
+ Experience with purchasing order and sales order management
+ Warehouse working experience is preferred
+ Familiar with ERP system
+ Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Team management experience within an international enterprise
+ Efficient and effective communicator
+ Excellent planning / Organizing skills
+ Ability to work independently and under pressure
+ Orientation towards Western mentality and working culture
+ Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
