MISSION
Work closely with Business Unit team of the company in following and analyzing financial situations, with aim at setting and meeting the strategic goals of the business and supporting growth objectives.

AREA OF ACTIVITY
1. Monitoring, budgeting, forecasting and following company activities with aim at advising and enabling the implementation of company’s strategy, with the twin objectives of managing risk and ensuring benefits realization.
* Support business initiatives such as new business strategy, investment decision, service/products development, external growth and strategic partnership;
？* In charge of drawing up section budget and medium-term plan; Project & CapEx Budget completion accurately & timely;
？* Variance monitoring and investigating as well as budgetary forecasts for in charged section;

2. Analyzing and evaluate the effectiveness of company’s strategy implementing and financial consequences.
？* Prepare operating plan, reviews and analyses business/activity performance (e.g. Cooperating with HR team for setting KPIs for each section.); Ensures that the company has effective financial control of operations by monitoring and overseeing the use of control systems, procedures and mechanisms;

3. Integrate appropriate information technology applying and solutions to support enhancing the information application in terms of efficiency and effect.
* Monitors and secure information system implementation or upgrade for financial system with interface to operational system; including but not limited designing analyzing tools for reporting and simulations etc.
？* Assistant developing company owned MIS (management information system), with aim at enhance work efficiency through IT application;

REQUIREMENT
1. 3-5 years working experience on business control or financl analysis. Experience in logistics industry is a plus.
2. Good communication skills
3. Expertise on MS office
