ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management:To meet the manufacturing need, organize the activities of recruitment, job transfer, relocation, separation for manufacturing workers;Review the branch training plan and organize to implement the training plan; make sure the timely completion of the plan;Review the branch annual human resources requirements planning and organize to implement the training plan; make sure the timely completion of the plan;Raise the reasonable suggestion for the management; continuously improve the human resource management work.
2. Salary and welfare management:Salary calculation of the workshop worker in plant, review the monthly salary and welfare, timely calculate and report to human resource;Monthly salary summary analysis, improve the salary management work;Inspect and audit the implementation of various welfare insurance, follow national laws and regulations.
3. Performance check management:Performance check for this department, timely report to human resource department;Summarize the performance check of the other units for plant, report to human resource;During the implementation, continuously improve the management; put forward any suggestion to fully mobilize the worker’s enthusiasm.
4. Department internal management:Responsible for the management of departmental expenses;Responsible to conduct recruitment, performance management for departmental posts;Responsible for the organization of training, team building and corporate culture building.
5. Obey and implement the system requirements:Follow state and government laws and regulations and other requirements on labor, personnel, education training, enterprise standards, civil litigation, environmental protection, occupational health and safety;Responsible for the quality, environment, occupational health and safety management within the business.

Requirements:
1. Educational status:Major in Human Resource Management or related, bachelor above degree, CET-4 above.
2. Relevant work experience:5 years above management experience of administration or human resource, 2 years above team management experience.
3. Expertise requests:Be familiar with and masterly use the human resource management knowledge.
4. Competencies: Good career ethics, carefulness, patience, precise, stable personality, be capable of writing and oral presentation; Good ability of observation, judgment and analysis; can generally adopt the knowledge and skill to the issues encountered in work; good at communication and public relation, good ability of interpersonal coordination and organization; strong team spirit and execution.
