?ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Client:
The client is the largest oleoresin extraction firm in the world.

Job Location:
Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China

Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:
As soon as possible

Reporting to:
Commercial Head China

Travelling:
about 70% travelling

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Servicing designated Customer Accounts. (Enquiries, Quotations, Negotiations and closing sales) Monthly Sales Analysis of customer Accounts (Actual and Forecast) and providing this information to Commercial Head China. Ability to understand customer requirement and generate realistic sales forecast and take ownership for the same
+ Ability to formulate business plans in territories assigned (Including existing and New geographies) putting into play the 4P’s
+ Preparation of Monthly Sales Review presentations
+ Growing business volumes and getting new customer projects ( Short term, medium term and long term)
+ Registering, Tracking and Resolving Customer Complaints in close coordination with Commercial Head China
+ Monthly Management Reporting on new actions taken upcoming projects of Key Accounts, New Product Development Opportunities
+ Updating Customers with monthly Product updates as prepared by Product Innovation Team
+ Responsible for driving quality initiatives in Sales process
+ Ensuring Sales volumes for Product Line Esp, High Margin products
+ Communicate information on new / upcoming projects to Sales Head for follow up
+ Responsible to charter the job responsibilities of reporting team members, their personal development and quarterly Performance Development Reviews
+ Responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting
+ Managing of Ageing Receivables (Payment for overdue invoices form Customer Accounts)
+ Project Brief Management: Take complete ownership of accounts handled throughout the lifecycle of the Brief and coordinate with the internal stakeholders to ensure that the best solution possible is submitted to customer.

Requirements:

+ Have 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant Industry in Sales & Marketing
+ Bachelor Degree and Food Technology background is a plus
+ Technical Sales Role: Need to have a good understanding of Spice Extracts, Oleoresin and Essential oils and the end application of these products so as to be a preferred partner of choice for our customers
+ Looking for experience in Oleoresin, Spice Extract, Seasoning and Flavor sales.
