ABOUT DIRECT HR:

The client is a diversified international services group offering a wide range of specialised services from marketing and distribution to sourcing, processing and production.

Salary:

Reporting to:
Asia Pacific Product Manager
Travelling:
About 60%, within Guangdong
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Primarily responsible for all sales and project activities in the territory of Guangdong.
+ Promote, sales activities and payment follow up
+ Prepare annual forecast and medium term goals on sales
+ Join events and fairs to represent company and its products
+ Develop strong network to attract more clients
+ Manage new and approved sales partners and identify new potential partners for long term business cooperation.
+ Build up sales network of MBS (mother and baby stores) in Guangdong greater area (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th tier cities). + Prepare product information, product proposals and other sales & marketing documents.
+ Carry out project planning and implementation at commercial and medical locations.
+ Collecting market feedback, analyzing market activities.
+ Preparing sales and project reports.
+ Cooperating with companies Product Manager (foreign national) sales throughout Pearl River Delta.
+ Reporting to Business Head based in Asia (foreign national)
+ Report on a regular base to manager about status of sales, sales pipeline, sales project etc.
+ Assist management with strategic planning and prioritization
+ Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ Possess a business education qualification (University/Technical/Medical College graduation)
+ 3 to 5 years’ experience in related industry, knowledge of MBS (mother and baby stores) channels in Guangdong and sales experience in multi-national company preferred.
+ Computer literate – MS Office.
+ Excellent communicator and team player.
+ Chinese Mandarin native-level speaker.
+ Good working knowledge in English to report to foreign national.
+ Chinese native-level speaker with good English speaking.
+ Willing to travel frequently
+ Willing to work and live in Guangzhou.
+ Self-motivated and outgoing personality.
+ Negotiation skills and self-confidence
