ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of industrial adhesives.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
ASAP

Guangzhou, Guangdong, China
Reporting to:
Chief Representative
Team size:
12
Travelling:
Frequent travel
Recruitment process:
+ Online technical test
+ Interview : 3 rounds
Responsibilities:
+ Extending the network of technical specialists at potential clients
+ Realizing new projects at potential clients and existing projects which are already in the sales funnel
+ Internal and external project management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering related.
+ Related work experience, preferably including engineering role, ideally design engineering role. (WILL NOT consider pure Sales person).
+ Preferably from industry like electronics, manufacturing, displays, mobile devices,consumer goods manufacturing, automotive, industrial equipment. (WILL NOT consider candidate from Chemical industry).
+ Problem solving and analytic skills.
+ Strong Mechanical Engineering Background.
+ Willingness to learn continuously (travel to Germany for 2 months training)
+ Must have Driving licence and a Car.
+ English Lagrange skills are required to be fluent. The role needs frequent communicate with the HQ.
