GM + Technical Director in Germany
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ + Manage and direct the activities and tasks within Technical department
+ + Assist with senior management in navigate the technical development
+ + Develop strategic plan within technical department
+ + Manage and review the engineering process of new products
+ + Collaborate with internally and externally to achieve a successful new launch
+ + Facilitate the evaluation and application of new technology and new materials
+ + Achieve technical improvement and develop mitigation plans
+ + Identify and optimize cost reduction for production and product development
+ + Conduct laboratory test, evaluation of new products as well as component replacement
+ + Guide the engineering team to fabricate, modify the molding as per requirement
Requirements:
+ + Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering or related background is a must, Master degree is preferred
+ + More than 8 years design experience in aquarium or home appliance products, minimum 5years’ project management experience in technical field
+ + Solid knowledge of construction, design, processing and injection of plastics
+ + Familiarity with quality management standard: ISO9001:2000
+ + Ability to use scientific management method and tools
+ + Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with good English
+ + Strong collaboration and communication skills
+ + Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, such as Excel, Word and etc.
+ + Experienced with AUTO CAD applications, such as Pro-E
