主要职责
1.Assist with design, setup and integration of assembly lines
辅助设计，调整完善装配生产线。
2.Design, construct, recommend and implement assembly fixtures and test equipment for process improvement.
设计、制造并完善工装夹具和测试设备以改进生产。
3.Support production lines to reduce or eliminate down time
对生产线减少消除停工期给予一定的支持。
4.Increase Manufacturing Quality, Yield, Efficiency and Reliability
提高制造质量、产量、效率和可靠性。
5.Provide equipment/fixture relative support for successful new product introduction.
为新产品开发引进工作提供设备/治具相关的必要支持。
6.Provide technical training for Manufacturing and Quality employees as required
对制造和质量部门的员工进行技术培训。
7.Build, assist or oversee construction of prototypes as required
制造、辅助或检查原型样品。
8.Assist in the development and implementation of L-com’s workmanship standards
发展并执行诺通公司的工艺标准。
9.Other tasks assigned by Sr. ME supervisor
高级制造工程主管分配的其他任务。
任职要求：
1.College diploma or above in an Engineering discipline
工程类大专文凭或以上
2.3 year of manufacturing engineering experience in telecommunication and electronic cable and harness industry. Familiar with electric control design, have experience of automation equipment development a plus.
三年电子通讯线缆线束行业制造经验。熟悉电控设计相关知识，有自动化设备开发经验者优先。
3.Basic English skill required. Good English skill a plus.
基本英语能力要求。英语良好者优先。
4.Experience with jig & fixture design
工装夹治具设计开发经验。
5.Electro-mechanical aptitude with practical experience in implementing wire processing equipment
线材电动机械设备的实践经验。
6. Ability to work and communicate effectively with Production, QA and Product Development
能有效地与制造部门、品质部门和产品开发部门沟通配合。
7. Proficient with MS Office & CAD
精通办公软件和CAD技能。
