Delivery Assurance Expert Specialist

General Object:

1.Assure the logistic process capability and stability within production network, both in the product development process, and in the series production through responsible planning, coordination and implementation of appropriate design measurements within the supply chain process including supplier qualification to meet Logistics requirements.


Task:
1.Daily control of the supplier performance and the targets with view to dates and quantities (e.g. backlog, incorrect deliveries) as well as regular supplier evaluations using the SCQ methods and tools
2.Initiate, prepare and participate in logistic troubleshooting processes (escalation), agreement on appropriate improvement measures with the supplier (escalation level 0, written statement); controlling these measures.
3.Agreement on appropriate improvement measures with suppliers (from escalation level 1, troubleshooting discussion, LOPA) and follow-up
4.Provision of input with view to the selection of suppliers, project assessment and RMT on the basis of his experience and the results of the annual supplier evaluation
5.Participation in the strategic development of the supply chain process and logistics quality planning
6.Participation, leadership with view to the development of a concept for group-wide methods and logistics quality management tools and their enhancement
7.Responsible planning, coordination and implementation of development measures in the supply chain process
8.Implementation of logistic problem solving process including verification processes and the implementation of logistic process analyses to identify weaknesses in the sup-ply process and agreement of appropriate measures for a sustainable improvement of the supplier’s supply capability and process stability
9.Implementation of the logistic share in the project evaluation for a risk assessment with view to the suppliers (as a basis for the selection of suppliers).
10.Representation for all logistic areas, and active participation in the selection of suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Parts Supply and Development (four-leaved clover).
11.Implementation of the logistic share in the RMT with view to the product and process qualification of the supplier (including capacity assurance) and initiation of escalations when necessary.
12.Transparency of the current project status through a regular analysis of the results and representation of all logistic issues with regard to internal and external process partners in connection with the SCQ processes.


Qualification
1.Bachelor Degree with major in Business Administration/Logistics or related area.
2.At least 4 years experience in customer service with logistics or supply chain management background, automotive industry working experience preferred.
3.Interpersonal and problem solving skills, team orientation is necessary along with computer competency, e.g. MS Office.
4.IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP R/3, Warehouse Management).
5.Detailed and accurate.
6.Flexible and able to work under pressure.
7.Open-minded and willing to work in multi cultural environment.
8.Good command of English both in written and verbal, German is a plus.
9.Could accept travel.
