Essential Responsibilities

• Overall project management and execution from contract signing to project completion for DGS projects.
• Manage project quality, budget and schedule, compliance with contract scope as well as expected profitability of the project itself
• Ensure that the EHS and quality procedures and processes are strictly implemented through out the project execution.
• Manage GE O&G resources and Coordinate different departments involved in the project.
• He/she is the main interface between the Customer and GE with great visibility inside and outside the Company. Acts as primary customer contact for the duration of each project through commissioning; resolves specification issues; handles correspondence; provides periodic updates; ensures customer satisfaction; negotiates/coordinates with Sales staff as appropriate for customer-requested changes (price and delivery); arranges witness tests; coordinates field service activities with appropriate Service Manager
• He/she plays a proactive role in problems identification and resolution during the project by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving other departments in solving issues that affect project execution.
• Manages and reports all financial aspects of the project including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection

Qualifications/Requirements

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in field management or project management.
• Good knowledge of oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Strong team leadership and team building skills
• Strive for achieving the project goals and customer satisfaction.
• Strong technical service & program management skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Frequent written and oral English required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills that have resulted in successful projects.
• Team Work Spirit and Sense of Urgency as well as Sense of Customers Centric.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.
