Essential Responsibilities
- Lead film, XRSP and DXR sales team, develop and execute strategic plans designed to deliver growth in China region. Ensure reasonable sales resource distribution.
- Deliver on all internal targets: i.e. orders, revenue and margin.
- Manage distributor within assigned region and develop new dealers to cover new area.
- Rebuild film channel network and improve coverage in both territory and vertical segment.
- Ensure successful implementation of Sales Strategy and develop work model for proactive selling and prospecting. Adopt direct sales to understand the market and competitions
- Responsible for performing sales and technical discussions with potential clients, as well as presentations and preparation of proposal documents.
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships at all levels of customer organization.
- Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Network with other GE business units which conducting business with the same assigned customers.
- Effectively communicate market requirements, competitive threats and other important front line information related to products, service and applications to Product Management and Sales Leadership teams.
- Leverages cross-functional and cross-business resources in the region and in HQ in order to maximize results
- Knowing market tendency, provide valuable information for NPI and ICFC.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Preferred 5 years of sales experience
- Technical specialty, preferred expertise in a relevant industry: Automotive, Aero, Power, Process, Oil & Gas, Transportation.
- Customer, dealer handling and project management skill.
- University degree required.
- “Can do” attitude ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines.
- Ability to understand and work with-in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.
