ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Reporting to:
Account Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Job description:
+ To attract, search and select suitable candidates for positions in China
+ Identify channels to market the position to potential candidates
+ Marketing of the position via identified channels
+ Approaching relevant universities and organizations
+ Screening of candidate profiles for the position
+ Telephone interviews and supporting management in the final selection
+ Support the Account Managers in the day-to-day client relationship management

Requirements:
+ University degree
+ Bachelor degree in English, business studies, marketing, or economics will be a plus
+ Prior experience in recruitment preferred (e.g. through an internship)
+ Proficient working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
+ Ability to work on projects independently as well as in a team setting
+ An effective and efficient communicator and resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile
+ German mother-tongue
+ Fluent in spoken and written English
+ An outgoing and assertive personality
+ Willing to work and live in Shanghai
