Essential Responsibilities

• Work closely with local and global engineering functions to assure high quality product
• Be responsible for the technical development of the back-end layers of valve life cycle platform and applications
• Design and build the database and web services of the valve lifecycle platform by using the latest backend technologies
• Design and build solutions for application integrations

Qualifications/Requirements

• B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3+ years web application development experience on Microsoft .net platform using C#/.net/ASP.net/MVC and related technologies.

• Expert in .net platform, C#/ASP.net/WCF
• Familiar with web technologies, HTML/JavaScript/CSS and Ajax, JQuery, etc.

• Experience with database design, multi-tier application architecting.
• Experience with designing and creating RESTful Web services and API.
• Must be a highly motivated team player with the ability to balance and manage multiple priorities
• Experience developing Production Software using Agile techniques
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player, ability to work across disciplines, organizations
• "Can do" attitude, embrace challenge with enthusiasm
• Quick learner, self-starter
• Good written and oral English skills

Desired Characteristics

• Experience with DevExpress components
• Experience with Oracle, Mobile application development
• Experience with Amazon Cloud platform, EC2, S3, NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of industrial control system
