Position : Warehouse System Coordinator

Department : Finance (DC)

Reporting to : Warehouse System Executive (or Warehouse System Supervisor)

Location : ELSH DC (Located at XinZhuang Logistics Park)

Major Responsibilities:

1. Daily warehousing system operation including basic info/data maintenance in system

2. Assist supervisor in handling the system update for cycle count, annual stock take, destruction, exportation, inventory adjustment, special item transfer etc.

3. Daily warehouse documentation and record filing to meet the requirement of concerned departments

4. Support SAP project implementation

5. Generate regular reports

6. Conduct system training to DC workers

7. Communication with Share Service, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, IS, Forecasting, DC, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, computer or logistics major is a plus.

2. Work Experience: 2+ years WMS experience; Logistics/warehousing related experience is a plus. Fresh Graduate with potential can be considered as well

3. Required Background Characteristics

SAP or other ERP/WMS is preferred

Excellent MS office skills, especially for Excel

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Good at written and oral English

Good communication skill and team work spirit

Good analytical skill and good at numbers

Basic training and presentation skill
