The Supplier Support Analyst will provide Supplier Portal and SupplierNet training and support activities for external suppliers. He/She should be able to perform web-based and instructor-led trainings, answer phone calls to resolve supplier issues and provide production support of web-based transactional systems. He/She will be expected to participate in all activities that compromise the training and support, including: disseminating documentation, arranging trainings, delivering trainings and answering support questions.

- Provide support by responding to emails/phone calls and investigate on systems issues
- Provide training on how to use the web based application
- Issues log tracking and send email communication to suppliers
- Special projects such as Terms and Conditions initiative for both legacy and SAP suppliers
