职位描述
工作职责/Job Responsibility
1.开发各种技术培训课程增强技术人员和主管的技术水平,同时使他们熟悉特殊产品的知识。
2.收集、编制满足培训项目需求的培训资料,同时使这些资料随着最新的行业、产品信息的更新而更新。
3.按照培训的计划实施和开展培训,确保每个培训结果都能达到高质量、高效率和使员工满意。
4. 向培训主管提供建议和反馈,以解决培训中在每个亚太区的项目的需求和有效性。
5.使的培训的最佳实践方案、行业知识和合理利用信息有效的结合。
6.在培训政策、流程和过程的实施过程中给所有员工提供意见。
7.完成上级安排的特殊培训或发展项目。
1. Develop various technical training courses designed to enhance skill levels of technicians and supervisors with various degrees of existing capabilities as well as to keep such staff familiar with specific product knowledge.
2. Collect, create and compile training materials to match the training program needs and keep such materials updated with the latest industry or product information.
3. Deliver and conduct trainings according to training plan, ensuring each training result achieves high rate of quality, efficiency and student satisfaction.
4. Provide recommendations and feedback to the Head of Technical Training to address training needs and effectiveness of each program in each Asia Pacific region.
5. Keep abreast of training best practice and industry knowledge and utilize the information where applicable.
6. Advise all personnel in the implementation of training policies, procedures and processes.
7. Complete special training or development projects as assigned.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
1.本科学历,具有机电或机械工程或相关的教育背景
2.至少8年在电梯行业的工作经验;如有培训经验者优先考虑
3.流利的英语和普通话(书面和口语)
4.熟练使用PPT、word、excel
5.具有电梯安装、调试的知识和经验
6.具备专业的培训技能
7.良好的口头及数目沟通和表达技巧
8.较强的组织能力及解决问题的能力
1.College degree, major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar education background
2.Minimum 8 years working experience in elevator industry and elevator installation, commissioning and adjusting. Experience in training and development is prefered
3.Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken
4.Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
5.Proven elevator product knowledge and professional training skills
6. Excellent communication and expression skills
7.Good organization capability and problem solving skill
8.Be able to compiling training material for the training course use
