职位描述
工作职责：
1.根据建筑和工程图纸及说明，进行项目工程的成本估算
2.提供估价用以筛选承包商
3.运用Excel数据表及其它系统软件做出成本评估
4.建立成本监控及评估报告流程体系。创建成本评估要素的模型。提供成本评估报告并就结果与开发商及客户取得沟通
5.与客户、供应商及相关部门沟通讨论，做出数量统计及成本估价并解决相关问题
6.报告销售活动、销售数据及其它
7.与评估团队共同进行项目投标以建立成本评估
8.根据现有的图纸和项目规范说明，完成项目初期进程计划，并与项目组共同完成费用估算
9.通过项目规范分析（包括项目工程方案、图纸、料表、简易的布局图等），人力资本、材料及设备的定价方案、历史数据等进行总成本估价
10. 从各职能部门、分包商及供应商处搜集成本估价数据
Job Responsibility：
1. Estimate costs of construction based on architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Prepare estimates for use in selecting construction contractors.
3. Prepare cost estimates using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and other estimating software systems.
4. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Creates cost modes for cost estimating elements. Prepare cost reports and presents findings to design and client teams.
5. Consult with clients, vendors, other departments to discuss and formulate quantity take-offs and cost estimates and resolve issues.
6.Reporting the sales activities,data and so on.
7. Work with the estimating team bidding the project to build the estimate.
8. Work on a preliminary project schedule based on the information provided in the plans and Work with the team to close the estimate.
9. Analyze specifications, including sketches, drawings, bills of material or sample layouts and calculate costs using labor, material and equipment pricing schedules and historical data.
10. Collect cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors.
工作要求：
1.本科，主修工程、机械专业
2.一年相关工作经验,电梯行业优先
3.CET-6，良好的口语
4.熟练操作办公软件
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree, majored in science, engineering or mechanism
2.1 year working experience,elevator industry will be preferred.
3. CET-6, good oral English is required.
4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office
