Summary of the Role:
In order to keep equipment in a good status, focus on the maintenance and pre-maintenance .为了保证设备良好的运行状态，进行设备的维修、维护和保养.

Main responsibilities:
1、对设备进行日常的检查、维护，还有中长期预防性维护工作，保证设备处于良好的状态；
Check and maintain equipment every day, also the pre-maintenance work in medium and long term, ensure that the equipment are in good status;
2、及时解决生产线设备发生的问题，保证生产线的正常运行；
Solve the problem occurs on the production and assure the production line run smoothly;
3、对设备运转过程中发生的问题、产生原因及解决方法进行分类汇总，进行技术积累，提高维修团队的整体素质和解决问题的能力；
Analysis the problem happen on line, find the root course and the solving method, at the same time make summary for these problem and accumulate the technology to improve the ability of the team;
4、配合设备主管工程师及时完成设备维修档案的记录管理，对设备的运转情况熟悉掌握；
Coordinate the equipment supervisor engineer to finish the maintenance recorder of the equipment and be familiar with the equipment status;
5、配合设备主管工程师完成设备备件的管理；
Coordinate equipment supervisor engineer to finish
6、配合生产线的工作，提高设备的运转率；
Coordinate the work of production line and improve the OEE;
7、上级主管分配的其它相关工作。
Finish the other work assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:电工证 The electrician certificate.

Experience Required:
1、从事冲压机械压力机和液压机的电气维修等工作6年以上工作；能够对设备运转过程中存在的问题准确判断并及时解决问题；
Having experience in electric maintenance of the press machine for six years, have the ability to judge the problem of the equipment and solve these problem in time;
2、掌握冲压机械压力机和液压机的电气原理，能够看懂电路原理图，根据原理图来分析解决发生的问题；能看懂西门子PLC程序并进行监控及问题查找；
Be familiar with the theory of the electric, according to the drawing, analysis and solve the equipment problem. Read the S7 program, monitor and find out the problem according to the program;
3、能够倒班，及时处理生产过程中发生的问题，保证生产线的正常运转；
be fit to turn shift and solve the problem of the equipment in time and assure the equipment run smoothly.
4、能够独立完成设备的点检、保养、并协助编制设备管理文件等工作；
Support the equipment supervisor engineer to finish the maintenance and equipment management work in time
5、服从设备主管工程师的安排，并及时完成其分配的其它工作；
Obey the arrangement of the equipment supervisor engineer and finish the work assigned by him in time;
