Essential Responsibilities

- Responsible for after-sales field service of automatic testing systems, including on-site trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of the automatic ultrasonic testing machines;
- On-site installation and commissioning of Testing machines
- Customer site project coordination amongst GE cross-teams, vendors and customer through Pre-FAT(Factory Acceptance Test) to SAT(Site Acceptance Test);
- Technical English interpretation in customer negotiation, meeting and training etc.
- Guidance and training for appropriate operations of testing machines;
- Customer engagement by implementing MIB and key account programs
- Meet Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

- BS or MS. in automation or mechanical engineering with 3+ years hands-on experience;
- Background in Steel industry, Aviation manufacturing or Rail
- Fluent spoken English is a must;
- NDT background, NDT (UT) Level I or above certificate holder is a preference
- Siemens PLC, HMI, Profi-Bus DP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong Project Management and interpersonal coordination skill
- Willing to travel and work in steel manufacturing type of environment;

- A proved fast learner, self-motivated, willing to take challenges.
