1、创建、维持并执行与海关相关的沃尔沃汽车业务需求；
Establish, maintain and implement Volvo cars business requirements related to the customs issues
2、为新零件开发并申请进口机电证书等；
Develop and apply for many kinds of license for new parts, such as Automatic Import License of mechanical and electronic products and so on
3、在装船前对进出口物料进行提前分类；
Raw material classification in advance before shipment
4、协调准备所有清关所需文件；
Coordinate to make all customs clearance documents
5、检查报关代理商的借款记录并跟踪每月付款情况；
Check the Debit Note from logistics forwarders and track the payment monthly
6、确保三方物流代理商按照物流要求的高效执行；
Manage and evaluate 3 PL, ensure it can be carried out effectively
7）确保责任履行的合法性；
Ensure legal compliance to area of responsibility
8）为不断达到成本降低的目标而导入各种有效措施；
Use all kinds of effective measures to achieve the goal of cost reduction
9）跟踪并且解决所有清关过程中遇到的问题；
Declaration and follow up, solving all problems happen on clearance process
10）与商检部门和海关之间维持良好的工作关系。
Keeping communication with customs and quarantine administration, ensure our company can have a good relationship with them.

1、Bachelor degree
2、Over three years experience in complete vehicle plant logistics customs clearance work ，with order experience preferred
3.Master with law ,regulation and related business of vehicle plant customs and commodity inspection
4.High ability of analysis and solving problem
5.Perfect communication and organization
6.Master with Office software
7.English more than cet4 level
8.Work under pressure
