对总装车间内自动化生产设备开展预防保全、故障抢修、改良保全，保障设备的正常运转，确保生产计划顺利完成。
Carry out preventive maintenance, fault repair, improved preservation of automated production equipment in the workshop, guarantee the normal operation of the equipment, and make sure the production plan can be finished properly.


1.制定设备维护保养计划，并按计划组织巡检、点检和保养，并定期总结实施效果，进行改善；
Make the equipment maintenance plan, and organize routing inspection, point inspection and maintenance according to the plan, and termly summarize the implementation effect, improve it;
2.跟踪设备状态及时填写检修记录，分析设备的潜在失效模式，制定改进和优化方案，提高设备的效率保障生产的稳定；
Track the equipment status and fill in the maintenance records, analyse the potential failure mode of the equipment, make the improvement and optimization plan, raise the equipment efficiency and guarantee the stability of the manufacture;
3.推进部门事业计划的相关项目,完成相关的业务指标；
Promote the related projects of the department business plan, finish the related operational indicators;
4.负责设备改造的提案和构想并推进实施，新设备新技术的应用推进实施；
Be responsible for the equipment reform proposals and concepts, and promote the implementation, promote the implementation of the application of the new technology and equipments;
5.协助相关业务部门开展能扩和新车型导入工作，针对性提出改善建议并负责推进实施；

6.负责设备的备件管理工作，包括备件统计、到货验收以及安全库存的确认等。

1.熟悉工业自动化的工作原理，掌握液压传动原理图、电路原理图、气动原理图等，同时根 据原理图来分析解决焊接自动化生产线在运作中发生的问题；
Be familiar with the working theory of the industrial automation, and master the hydraulic drive diagram, the circuit diagram, the pneumatic diagram, etc. Analyse and solve the problems that occur during the operation of the welding automatic production line;
2.掌握机器人和PLC的原理、模拟编程，根据原理，对自动化控制过程中发生的问题进行快 速、有效分析处理；
Master the robot and the PLC theory, and the simulative programming, according to the theory, analyse and deal with the problems that occur during the process of the automatic control immediately and effectively;
3.有大型自动化生产线的维修管理经验；
Have the repair and management experience in a large automatic production line ;
4.能够跟班，及时处理生产过程中发生的问题，保证生产线的正常运转；
Can work with the workshop group, deal with the problems that occur during the production process in time, guarantee the normal operating of the production line;
5.能够及时完成设备的点检、保养、设备管理文件的编制及实施等工作；

6.服从上级主管的领导，并及时完成其分配的其它工作；

7.能够熟练运用Office，AUTO CAD, 具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
