Key responsibilities:

- Guarantee health & safety management system efficiently operations in the whole plant. Establish plant file, guideline and procedure based on relative national legislations.

确保工厂车间安全职业健康体系的有效运行, 根据国家相关法律法规和公司内部规定, 制定工厂车间相关文件、规定和程序

-Supervise the plant health & safety management status and improvement plan to guarantee the real execution of relative actions, reduce occupational illness & working injury happen rate and set a better & safer working environment. Handle with the working injury cases, and guarantee the casualties are well disposed.

监管工厂车间职业健康安全工作状态和改善计划, 确保相关工作的展开和落实, 降低职业病和工伤事故的发生率, 逐步营造一个更好的安全的生产和工作环境. 处理工伤相关事宜，确保受伤员工得到及时善后处理。

- Analyze the factory health & safety status and make stat. Supervise the daily health & safety related operation.

统计、分析工厂车间安全运行情况并拟定针对的改善措施，并监督日常工作进行的情况。

- Organize hazards identification and risk assessment. Update & summarize the aspect list, define major safety aspects and guarantee all the aspects are under control.

组织工厂车间危险因素的识别和风险评价，更新并汇总因素清单，确保重要因素处于受控状态。

- Organize regular health & safety inspections to find out nonconformance and potential risk & supervise the related improvement actions by related dept.

组织定期安全相关检查，及时发现不符合项与隐患并监督相关部门进行整改。

-Define plant health & safety training plan and get it implemented to promote employee awareness during daily operation.

制定工厂安全政策培训计划并实施，提高员工在作业过程中的安全意识

Qualification:
-Fluent in English, both in oral and written./英文说写流利

-5+ years relevant working experience is required in project construction and plant operation./在项目施工和工厂运营有5年以上类似工作经验

-Hard and positive working, self innovation, strong communication skill, capable of working under pressure./努力和主动工作，自我创新精神，很强的沟通能力，并能在压力下工作。

-Similar working experience in automobile project/plant is preferred./有在汽车项目/工厂类似工作经验优先。

-Familiar with OHSAS18001/熟悉OHSAS18001管理体系

- Own the State Registration Certificate of Safety Engineers is preferred./注册安全工程师资质优先
