Key responsibilities:

？ Perform first level support to OES/MES users, by providing technical advice and support, problem solving business analysis and identifying recurring problematic themes
？ Support the delivery of operational solutions related to warehouse management, production planning and execution, etc.
？ Provide technical support to IT equipment in shop floor and warehouse, like barcode scanner, label printers, etc.
？ Design and deliver structured training for business users
？ Ensure effective communication with business department of any new requirement for manufacturing system
？ Define configurations (for application, printers, shop floor equipment) and perform user administration (create users accounts, grant authorizations).

Qualification:
？ Bachelor's degree or above;
？ Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
？ 2+ years IT support experience in manufacturing company. Automobile industry background is plus
？ Substantial knowledge of SAP/MES products and their technology, 1 or 2 years’ experience of SAP or MES products is required.
？ Knowledge from other SAP modules and MES are considered a merit
？ Good interpersonal skills.
？ Good communicating skills, including a high level in spoken and written English.
？ Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications.
？ Good knowledge and experience with unix/linux, database (Oracle/SQL Server)
？ Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and tight deadlines.
？ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
？ Open and professional communication style
？ Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with business users
