职位描述
岗位职责：
Oversee and drive the implementation and maintenance of an effective legal management system with the objective of mitigating the business process risks & supporting management in legal matters within the constraint of Chinese laws and regulations and guidance of Compliance and Legal Manager.
Education
? Bachelor degree in Law, Master desired
Experience (type of)
? Minimum 2 years legal experience, sufficient stature within the organization to exert influence and credibility
? Product Safety related experience
? Master contract law, company law and other national laws and regulations
? Joint Venture or foreign/international company working experience desired
? Solid experience in the operative business
? PRC National Judicial Exam passed
? Lawyer’s License desired
O Specific knowledge/skills
? Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese language
? High level of integrity
? Leadership skills, including the ability to articulate industry standards and expectations
? Knowledge of Product Quality Law, Tort Law, civil law, contract law
? Knowledge of applicable legal and anti-corruption laws, regulations and standards
? Strong communications and facilitation skills
? Analytical thinking and results-oriented
? Strong project management capability
