Job description
? Stipulate systematic plan to achieve sales goal
? Source key accounts in targeted segmentations
? Follow up key accounts to establish and keep stable cooperative relations
? Provide guidance to/coordinate technical communications/business negotiation
? Advice or prepare HVAC proposal in terms of the exact needs of the key accounts
? Collect marketing feedback from both technical and commercial side to improve performance including product line, service, price strategy and sales, etc.
? Coordinate with various parties to fulfill general agreement
Job requirements
? Bachelor degree with major in refrigeration/HVAC
? At least 5 years sales experience with 3+ years in manager level
? Self-motivated and result oriented, capable of working under pressure
? Team work spirit, good interpersonal skill
? Extensive customer base in supermarket, food chain, industrial, real estate, design institute and project management firm is a plus.
