Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for selling of UT TM products, and achieve OP.
- Responsible for sales pipeline building up and management, such as SFDC etc.
- Management of UT TM channels and motivate channels to work closely with GE to achieve assigned OP.
- Responsible for technical exchange and commercial negotiation with the customers, transfer the customer's CTQ to COE & related functional team clearly, and get timely feedback, finally assure order securing.
- Improving coverage rate of GE products in the market through customer's visiting, roadshow and seminar. Assure the customer understand the add-value of GE products.
- Promotion of Aviation related products, such as immersion tank, squirter systems etc. and build up solid growth basis in 2015.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in in Engineering, Preferably Automation, Process Controls, Metrology, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic.
- At least 2 years work experience in sales, field application engineer, engineering or field service engineer, NDT related working experience is preferred.
- Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset
- Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Can do" attitude ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
