Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment strategies and events for employment.
2. Proactively source candidates utilizing various methods including hard copies of resumes, job sites, university boards and cold calling.
3. Sort incoming resumes and logs them into pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
4. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
5. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
6. Full execution of the recruitment process, including job posting, phone interviewing, interview schedules arranging, regular communication with candidates and managers.
7. Diligently complete projects or tasks assigned by recruitment manager.
8. Assiduously prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.

Qualification:
1. Third year undergraduate or Second year post-graduate students are preferred.
2. Available to work full time, at least 4-6 months.
3. Exceptional English written and oral communication skills.
4. Outstanding mastery of Microsoft office, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
5. Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
6. Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
7. Detail oriented; excellent organizational and planning skills
8. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills, and work in a strong team oriented environment.

* This internship is open to students of every major, especially to students who can get photoshopping down to a fine art . This internship will begin in late August.
