Essential Responsibilities

1. Maintain/improve (e)NCR management system;
2. To manage all MRB/NCR reports, update the information;
3. To raise internal CAR base on NCRs
4. To track rejected/reworked components from supplier;
5. Review non-conformance, isolate non-conformance and track the progress;
6. Assist to manage customer complain, and track suspected products;
7. Assist to CQE/Planner to deal with products which need to be replaced/reworked from customer;
8. NCR monthly report;
9. Other assigned task.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. college or above, major of machinery
2. 3 years' experience of quality controlling in mechanical business;
3. Proficient in non-conformance management;
4. Know well in mechanical product, and read drawing.
5. Good writing/reading/speaking in English;
6. Be well in using computer and office software
7. ISO9001 certificate will be better;

· Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and evidence of their application to solve complex problems in a manufacturing environment
· Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and quality assurance requirements
· Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
· Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
