Essential Responsibilities

1. Manages and reports all financial aspects of the project order including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection; promotes change order growth; provides estimate-at-completion forecasts
2. Develops and maintains project order schedule, critical control points
3. Directs and administers project-related activities to ensure that projects order are completed on-time, within internal and external quality/specification requirements; follows GE Quality and QMS procedures
4. Facilitates project order closeout reports and Project Review meetings
5. Provides leadership and direction to other functions within the project order team
6. Participates in the ITO proposal process on large or high-risk projects order
7. Implements continuous improvement through Six Sigma quality; seeks out and champions Lean processes

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 3 years of project management experience
