Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the activities of 安排及组织以下工作:
+Launch the purchase activities by providing the BOM (from Technical Departments) to
Purchasing Department with the related “required Delivery Date”. Responsible for the
supervision of the materials arrival, related input and output from warehouse.

+ Definition and related management of all the machining parts that can be manufactured
internally by the Internal Machining Department

+ Management of the department staff, working groups and related training about the
company management, general improvements, safety guidelines set by the local
government, ISO and 5S Principles

+ Arrange for the production tasks (Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly,
Machining) according to the timing (planning) and cost budget set by the project

+ Managing the activities of pre-acceptance and final acceptance in order to reach the
completion of each project

the costs and properly allocated by the whole workshop staff

+ Participate at the meeting of project presentation and examination

including any service company), the internal
machining department, 4)the production coordinator

+ Coordinate all the production activities by

+ Coordinate all the activities and manage her
own cooperators who carry out all the functions
in the production, assisting in solving problems

+ Responsible for the costs arising in the assembly,
pre-acceptance and final acceptance phase. PDM
controls on a daily/weekly basis the progress of the
hours used in the assembly phase and ensure that
they comply with the Project Budget set in the
formats M03 and M04.

+ Authorize all the internal functions test, authorize
the pre-acceptance start in presence of the
customer, provide the confirmation of the goods

project at customer’s site (final acceptance)

+ Meet the targets set in the project planning in
terms of timing and costs. Know well the project
details (read well the TA and Offer) And so arranges
that the assembly phase, debugging phase, preacceptance,
shipment, reinstallation and final
acceptance meet the target of the planning and
costs. Tight cooperation with PM.

+ Improve the general efficiency of the production
department, by supporting and guiding all the

+ Manage and train all the production staff,
identifying tasks and responsibilities; including
trainging related to Internal Management, Safety
guidelines, General Improvements, ISO and 5S

+ Responsible for the whole maintenance and
cleaning of the Workshop, including all the fixed

Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree in Automation Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer
+ At least 5 years related working experience in production function and related management
+ Experienced in leading teams and focus on the overall situation of responsibility standards for skills management
+ Familiar with the manufacturing processes, assembly phases, planning management
+ Familiar with state laws and regulations, local policies and regulations, as well as local safety regulations
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 system (quality Management) and 5S
+ Good communication skills and coordination capacity
+ Has a strong judgment, excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
+ Interdepartmental skilled communication and cooperative attitude, targeted in problem solving and target oriented
+ native Chinese speaker
+ Fluent in spoken and written English
+ Willing to work and live in Dalian
+ Willing to travel within China and Overseas
