Responsibilities:
Team Leader for whole team members working support and personal development
IT overview, which including the general and whole pictures of IT team and system landscape
Reporting to management level and also keep reported all the business department managers which IT related, keep the IT of the Group informed and reported in a regularly period
IT Service SLA / ITIL Management to the end users to ensure the users can get fast and reliable IT support not only from client service team but also to the other functions ( e.g. the SAP, servers and phones service )
Strategy Planning for the next years according the business requirements and plans
Project Supervisor for SAP / ITS, mainly working as quality assurance and supporting roles
Process Optimization for the whole IT service process and also IT policy fulfillment management
Information Security and Governance together with Group IT
Requirements:
People development and IT internal communication
Internal department information update and communicated
Reporting role to company management level and also keep informed for the general status of VGC
The working quality management and status monitoring including the SAP and whole
IT client service management
IT overview service status monitoring and process optimization which including the SAP, Infrastructure (server, phone, facilities, network )
Strategy management and planning for the next years according the business department plan
Information Security and Governance together with Volkswagen group
New technology focused and leading test which is business enterprise using and also for the necessary IT tools
