1. Prepare the RFQ ; communicate with contractor in technique\ drawing checking \ equipment brand selecting 2. Responsible for investigation to the subcontractor on-the-site; supervising the equipment installation and commissioning to improve the product quality 3. Prepare painting process procedures. Technical support on site, and trouble shooting of quality issues. 4. Responsible for process parameter establishing and back-check, hold meeting regularly to push relative party to improve quality 5. Participate in the design of new product (line) and new process, and responsible for manufacturing management of workshop. 6. Responsible for technical planning modification and trouble shooting during pre-production. 7. Prepare and apply the painting corrective plans and inspection. 8. Monitor the technical change in process operation and process procedure . 9. Responsible for analyzing and pushing problems solving on site. 10. Responsible for production management and fulfil the production planning 1、编制标书；与供应商技术交流、图纸审核、设备品牌的选择。 2、负责分包商考察、评估；设备安装监督及设备调试及质量改进 3、编写涂装工艺文件，在生产线现场提供技术服务，对质量问题进行整改 4、负责工艺参数的制定、检查，定期召开会议推动相关方质量改进 5、参与公司新产品/新生产线、新工艺的开发及车间生产运作 6、参与试生产期内的工艺技术方案的调整改进和工艺攻关 7、协助制定涂装技改技措计划并协助负责方案实施及验收 8、参与工艺操作及工艺文件变更过程 9、负责到现场对问题进行分析，推动问题处理进度 10、负责生产管理并完成生产计划

bachelor degree .Automobile painting, surface treatment ,chemical engineering or related field /大学本科及以上学历，汽车涂装、表面处理、化工及相关专业 4+ years of experience in automobile painting process & design. / 从事汽车涂装工艺及设计4年以上。 1Knowledge of automobile painting technology and process. Knowledge & Ability of coating material requirements, inspection standards & technology and coating performance requirements. 2. Skilled application of MS Office software etc. 3 . Knowledge of process and basic ability of production line design. Engineers who has ability and experience of on site trouble shooting. 4 .Certain ability in English listening speaking reading and writing 5. Ability of making up the coating instruction and train the new workers 1了解汽车涂装技术生产工艺，了解并掌握涂料性能要求、检测标准、漆膜性能要求 2、熟悉Office等软件； 3, 了解生产工艺流程和基本的生产线的功能， 具有及时处理生产现场的技术问题经验的工程师； 4、具备一定的英语听说读写能力； 5、能够编涂装工艺作业指导书，指导、培养新员工.
